The Cirrus noise monitoring equipment includes ranges of sound level meters, noise dosimeters and noise monitoring systems. These are all professional grade products meeting the acoustic standards to either Class 1 or Class 2. All the Cirrus Research meters come with a 2 year warranty, extending up to 15 years provided that you have the equipment calibrated every 12 months.

A class 1 sound level meter will be designed to meet the requirements of IEC 61672-1:2002 (or the equivalent BS EN 61672-1:2003) standard and will meet the performance requirements that are in this standard for a Class 1 instrument.
